SASH is a not-for-profit registered society that provides Community Access and Home Living supports to persons with developmental disabilities.

 

SASH’s vision is to work with the community to open doors to an environment where persons with developmental disabilities can reach their full potential.  SASH’s mission is to enrich and enhance the lives of persons with developmental disabilities within a family environment, through Community Access and Home Living supports.  Sash offers supports and services that affirm individual dignity, rights and responsibilities, and provide opportunities to enhance life skills.

 

SASH employs 200 employees and contractors within six communities in Southern Alberta, including the communities of Magrath, Raymond, Coaldale, Stirling, Mountain View and Lethbridge. SASH provides supports for over 100 persons with developmental disabilities.

 

SASH celebrated its 35 year anniversary in 2022.
